An agreement has been concluded between the Aid to Israel Fund and the United Jewish Social Fund for conducting a joint fund-raising campaign in France in 1950, it was disclosed today. The drive will be formally launched at a mass meeting at the Palais de Chaillot on Feb. 18. Baron Guy de Rothschild accepted the post of president of the newly-created United Jewish Fund.
