The United Nations Trusteeship Council will tomorrow resume its discussions of the Jerusalem issue since it became known here today that Israel and Jordan have accepted a Council invitation to explain their views on the draft statute for Jerusalem, and on its implementation.

At the same time, it was reported here that the U.N. Conciliation Commission, which is also meeting in Geneva with a view to bringing about an Arab-Jewish peace, will proceed to Paris on Friday for consultations there. The Commission is awaiting more details on informal peace talks that are now going on between Israel and Egypt, as well as between Israel and Jordan. Following their stay in Paris, the members of the Commission will return to Geneva.
