A program designed to “put Jewish books into every Jewish home” was adopted here last night at the 62nd annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America. Judge Louis E. Levinthal was reelected president of the Society.

The J.P.S. meeting was told that the Society has produced more than 4,500,000 books of approximately 300 titles. Fifty Jewish scholars and authors from all parts of the U.S. participated in a symposium held in conjunction with the annual meeting.
