The Iraq Government will permit each Jew to take the equivalent of $560 in cash when emigrating to Israel. However, he may sell his property only to Iraqis in Iraq, it was learned here today from authoritative sources.

After obtaining his exit visa, no Jew may remain in Iraq for longer than two weeks, the Iraqi authorities have stipulated. No organized Jewish emigration can be started until an agreement is reached between the Iraq Government and some authorized Jewish organization. At present, the Iraqi authorities refuse to deal with the Jewish Agency or even with the Joint Distribution Committee.
