Chaim Grade, Yiddish poet, today received a $350 award given by the Jewish Cultural Congress for the best work in Yiddish literature published during the past year. The award will be presented annually on May 16, the anniversary of the death of Lanio Bimko, whose husband is the donor of the prize.
