Joseph Sprinzak, Speaker of the Israel Parliament, arrived here this week-end to participate in the launching of the Argentine United Jewish Appeal. He was met at the airport by the Chief of Protocol of the Argentine Foreign Ministry, various other officials, and several thousand local Jews.
