A four-man committee, composed of Victor Ados of France, Simen Nissim of the United States, Robert Carvalho of Great Britain and David Sigen of Israel, today completed preparations for the World Sephardic Congress to be opened in London December 9th. The Congress will consider plans for the establishment of a World Federation of Sephardic communities.
