Herman M. Greenspun, a Las Vegas, Nevada, publisher, was fined $10,000 today by U.S. Judge Peirson M. Hall following his plea of guilty in a conspiracy to violate the neutrality act in exporting arms and ammunition to Palestine in 1948.

Two others entered pleas of guilty to similar charges in connection with a Florida plane exporting venture and were fined $10,000 each. They are William Sosnow of New York, and Abraham Levin of North Hollywood, California.
