Resignation of Leo Gallin, executive secretary of Los Angeles Jewish Community Council since 1943, has been accepted by the Council’s Board of Directors, president Isaac Pacht announced here. Named acting executive secretary by the Board was Julius Bisno who has served as assistant to Mr. Gallin since 1945. Mr. Gallin also terminates his service as executive director of the Council’s annual United Jewish Welfare Fund campaigns.
