Eliezor Peri, Vice-mayor of Tel Aviv, was welcomed here at City Hall by Mayor Albert E. Cobo. Mr. Peri toured the city to study the functions of Detroit’s government. His visit is part of a tour of leading American cities during which Mr. Peri will study municipal government structures.
