Thirteen Canadian athletes will represent their country at the Third World Maccabiah to be held in Israel from Sept. 27 to Oct. 6, it was announced today.
Included in the athletic delegation will be Sydney Kastner, of the Montreal Y.M.H.A., who last year broke the British Empire swimming record in a 1,500-yard race. Mr. Kastner will compete in the 400 and 1,500 meter events at the Maccabiah.
