Michael Tuch, who in July of this year set up a Chair of Hebrew Literature and Ethics at Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass., died here during the week-end, at the age of 74. Formerly a penniless emigrant from Germany, he established in 1948 the Michael Tuch Foundation which contributes annually to charitable and educational institutions.
