A collection of valued first editions of the works of John Galsworthy and Lafcadio Hearn, many of them autographed by the authors and richly-bound, has been donated to the Library of Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass., by Frank L. Weil, prominent Jewish leader, the University announced today.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
