Vandals here last night painted bright red Nazi Swastikas on the doors and windows of Los Angeles’ largest Conservative synagogue and on the doors of the Yiddish Culture Club, a social organization.
Neither representatives of the synagogue nor of the club could offer any explanation for the vandalism. No incidents similar to the one last night have occurred in Los Angeles for several years.
