Mordecai Nemir, Israel’s Minister to Moscow, has been relieved of his duties at his own request, it was officially announced here today. Mr. Namir will return home in mid-November. It is understood that he will assume an important post when he returns, possibly the secretary-generalship of the Histadrut, Israel’s labor federation.
