Elections to the forthcoming 23rd World Zionist Congress, which were scheduled to be held in Argentina on November 12, have been advanced to November 19, it was announced here today. Efforts by the Argentine Zionist Council to avoid an election and send a delegation to the Congress representing the entire Zionist movement in this country were unsuccessful.
