Jordan Arab Convicted of Attempting to Obtain Israel Secrets Gets Seven-year Jail Tepm

Shawkat Mohemed Shalabi, an Arab residing in a Jordan village bordering on the Arab triangle area, who went on trial here last week on charges of attempting to obtain “information valuable to the enemy,” was sentenced to a seven-year prison term today in Haifa District Court.
