Samuel Elfert has been appointed to head the newly-formed radio and television department of the Israel Office of Information in New York, it was announced today by Avraham Harman, director of the Office. The department will service the needs of radio stations throughout the United States with special emphasis on the distribution of native Israel broadcast material.
