Dedication of Givath Washington–a settlement for youths organized with funds raised principally among Jews in Washington, D.C.–took place here yesterday. Top Israel officials, U.S. Ambassador James G. McDonald and Rabbi Zemach Green, of Washington, project chairman, participated in the ceremonies.
