Dr. Henryk Grossman, sociologist and head of the Institute of Economic Planning at Leipzig University, died in Leipzing at 69, it was reported here today. Head of the Frankfurt Institute of Social Research until the Nazis assumed power in Germany in 1933, Dr. Grossman lived in Paris until the fall of France in 1940 and then fled to the United States. He returned to Germany after the war ended.
