A certificate of inscription in the Jewish National Fund’s Golden Book in Jerusalem was presented to Jose Maria de la Torre, Archbishop of Quito, by Dr. Menashe Dolan, special Israel delegate. In accepting the certificate, the Archbishop, who visited Israel last summer, expressed ##for the achievements of the Israel Government.
