Melvin S. Zaret has been appointed director of the West Central Region of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds, it was announced today. He was formerly assistant director of the Milwaukee Jewish Welfare Fund. The C.J.F.W.F. West Central Region comprises 36 communities in 10 states and central Canada.
