United Nations Chief of Staff Gen. William E. Riley will go to Cairo shortly to demand that Egypt remove its recently constructed gun batteries at the entrance to the Gulf of Aqaba, the Near East Radio, monitored here, reported. The announcer added that if Egypt refuses to accede to Gen. Riley’s demand, he will refer the matter to the U.N. Security Council.
