Rabbi Judah L. Maimon, Israel’s Minister of Religious Affairs, today received an honorary degree from Yeshiva University. Rabbi Maimon, who arrived in the United States last week for a nationwide tour, was presented with the honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity, because of his international reputation as a Talmudic scholar with over 300 works to his credit.
