Two Arab Mothers in Israel Get Prime Minister’s Bounty for Raising Ten Children

The Premier’s bounty of 100 pounds to mothers raising ten children, went today for the first time to Arab mothers. Two Haifa Arab mothers qualified for the award when the tenth child of each was born.

Premier Ben Gurion, visiting a work village near Biet Lyd, today became father at circumcision ceremonies for the 13th baby born in the settlement.
