Palestine Conciliation Commission Resumes Session in Jerusalem; Returns from Beirut

The Palestine Conciliation Commission will resume its sessions here tonight at its Jerusalem headquarters under the chairmanship of Claude do Boisanger, French member of the Commission.

M. Boisanger, accompanied by E.E. Palmer and Dr. Tewfik Rushti Aras, American and Turkish members of the Commission, arrived here today from Beirut where they recently established a commission headquarters.

The Israel military attaches assigned to the Israel Embassy in Washington and the legation in Paris arrived here today for a routine conference in which the attaches from London and Ankara will also participate.

One thousand and seventy-three Jewish immigrants from Rumania disembarked at Haifa today from the Rumanian liner Transylvania. At the Lydda airport this morning, a plane landed with Dr. Emanuel Neumann, former president of the Zionist Organization of America, and Mrs. Rose Halprin president of Hadassah.
