Leaders of all American Zionist groups met in camera today at the Biltmore Hotel here in the first of a series of conferences called to consider the future structure and functions of the World Zionist Organization. The conferences, held under the auspices of the American Zionist Council, are intended to clarify the basic problems relating to the World Zionist Organizations.
