Two units of the Israeli naval fleet are on their way to visit 20 East and West Coast ports of the United States on a goodwill tour, it was announced here today. The vessels will be in American waters during the period when Israel celebrates its independence day and when the $500,000,000 Israeli bond issue is launched in the United States.
