Irrigation will not only restore the fertility of the land of Israel and the neighboring states but will even improve the climate of the area, Prof. Harold C. Urey, American Nobel Prize winner, said here today. Prof. Urey is now on a brief visit to Israel to deliver a series of lectures at scientific institutions here.
