A brand new Hillel Building, one of the larges in the East, was opened to Jewish students at the University of Connecticut here when the Moses A. Savin House of the B’nai B’rith Hillel Foundations was officially dedicated before 500 guests from all parts of the State. The new building was erected on land deeded to Hillel by the University.
