The government of Israel has appointed five representatives of the youth movements in the Jewish state to act as observers at the World Assembly of Youth conference opening today at Cornell University.
The delegation consists of Esther Name, Avraham Frank, Zvi Caspi, Zvi Ofer, Asher Yadlin. The Youth and Halutziut Department of the Jewish Agency were instrumental in arranging for this group to participate in the Assembly.
