The House of Representatives today postponed action on the Administration’s Foreign Aid Bill which contains grants of $73,500,000 for Israel. The delay, which resulted from an attempt to cut $500,000,000 in military and economic aid to Western Europe, may bring final action on the bill either late Friday or Saturday.
