Five Israeli soldiers were wounded, three of them seriously, in an exchange of fire with unknown attackers, between Sodom and Ein Hussub on Sept. 21. The official spokesman said the attack was an ambush and that Israel authorities are filing a strong protest with the Israel-Jordan Mixed Armistice Commission.
