Mayor Vincent R. Impellitteri yesterday proclaimed the week of December 9-16 as Hadassah Week, starting a membership drive by the organization. The proclamation was presented by the Mayor to Mrs. Samuel Halprin, Hadassah president, in a ceremony at City Hall.
