The 30th anniversary of the Herzliah Hebrew Teachers Institute was celebrated here at a dinner in Hotel Brewster attended by prominent Jewish leaders, scholars and educators. The speakers paid tribute to Dr. Moses Feinstein, founder of the Institute. Messages of greetings were received from Israel’s Minister of Education Dr. Benzion Dinaburg and from Dr. Moshe Schwabe, Rector of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
