The Jewish Child Care Association today announced the re-election of Samuel S. Schneierson as president for the year 1952. He will serve during the Association’s 130th year of service to children in need of temporary care away from their own homes because of tragedies in the family. The Association, which traces its origin to a bequest made by a Jewish soldier of George Washington’s army, has served more than 52,000 Jewish children of all ages in foster homes and in specialized institutions.
