Moshe Kol, head of the Youth Immigration Department of the Jewish Agency, left today for England, Canada and the United States in the interests of his department. He will discuss with the Hadassah in America the decision adopted by the last World Zionist Congress suggesting that Zionist women’s groups should appropriate 30 percent of their income for youth immigration to Israel.
