New York Mayor Designates 10 Days As “jewish Federation Days”

Ten “Federation Days” devoted to the current $20,000,000 campaign of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, were designated today by Mayor Vincent R. Impellitteri in a proclamation urging “generous and wholehearted” financial support of the Federation. “In public appreciation of the significant work of the Federation. I am designating the period January 21 to 31 as ‘Federation Days’ in New York City,” the proclamation read.
