The Rassco Development Company of Los Angeles was formed here this week to aid the Rassco Corporation of Israel in the development of a housing project in Nahariya, Israeli seaside resort town. The Los Angeles company was formed in response to an appeal issued at a reception here in honor of Israel Imber, a vice-president of the Israeli corporation.
