Foreign Minister Manuel Tello of Mexico, U.S. Ambassador William O’Dwyer and other dignitaries were among the guests of the Israel Consulate here at a reception tendered by Dr. Adolfo Fastlicht, honorary consul of Israel in Mexico. Earlier, Foreign Minister Tello received Dr. Fastlicht in his office and discussed various matters concerning Israeli-Mexican relations.
