A 75 per cent decrease in border infiltrations and a decrease in the number of border incidents was reported today following an informal meeting of the Israeli and Jordan delegation heads to the Jordan-Israel Mixed Armistice Commission.
The meeting reviewed measures taken to enforce the recent border agreements. The delegation heads agreed that the situation was still far from normal and undertook more vigorous enforcement.
