The Zionist Federation of South Africa today offered skilled South African Jews their transportation to and accomodations in Israel if they agree to remain and help build the Jewish State for a period of 18 months. The offer was made public by S.M. Kuper, chairman of the Zionist Federation, who expressed the opinion that the majority of those who accept the 18 month offer will remain permanently in Israel.
