A delegation of World Jewish Congress leaders has called on British Minister of State Selwyn Lloyd to express the concern of the Congress at the proposed establishment of an Allied-West German board to review the sentences of German war criminals.

The delegation said it was particularly worried by the pressure for extending clemency on a wholesale basis to war criminals. The Jewish leaders stressed that review of sentences of war criminals as a political expedient is bound to strengthen the neo-Nazi movement in Germany.
