A resolution which would give priority to the United Jewish Appeal over other fund-raising activities, including the Israel bond campaign, was adopted yesterday at a meeting of the executive body of the Seaboard Region of the Zionist Organization of America. The resolution was proposed by William H. Simons of Washington.
