Prof. Kinsey Says U.S. Sex Laws Preserve “talmudic Tradition”

Prof. Alfred C. Kinsey, author of “Sex Behavior in the Human Male,” criticized American sex laws as impracticable in a speech before the National Probation and Parole Association in which he said that much of our pattern of law regarding sex “merely preserves Talmudic tradition.”
