Israeli Company Ordered to Halt Production of Chloromycin

A local pharmaceutical manufacturing company, Abid, has been ordered by the Tel Aviv district court to halt the production of chloromycin in violation of the patent, which is held by Parke Davis and Company of Detroit. The Israeli company was ordered to pay all court coats and attorneys’ fees.
