The trial of Philip Auerbach, former Bavarian Restitution Commissioner who is being charged with mismanagement of the Bavarian Restitution Office, will conclude here this week, it was indicated today. The verdict is expected to be issued on August 14. More than 4,000 pages of evidence have so far been taken during the trial which has been going on for several weeks.
