Dr. Wilhelm Stuckart, former Secretary of State in Hitler’s Ministry of the Interior, has been fined 50,000 marks by the West German Denazification Court, it was reported here today. Dr. Stuckart strongly advocated the sterilization of all Jews. The court also ruled that he not be allowed to hold any official positions for three years.
Rolf Kempcke, a 21-year-old German, was sentenced in Hamburg today to three months’ imprisonment for distributing anti-Semitic leaflets. This is the second time that he has been tried for disseminating anti-Jewish propaganda. He was previously sentenced to six months for the same offense.
