The Swiss-American Oil Company, in partnership with Solel Boneh, was the first company to ask for an oil concession from the Israel Government, it was learned today. The firm will start oil prospecting as soon as the Israel license is granted. Mr. J. Federman of Switzerland, is head of the company.
