A draft agreement between the Israel Government and representatives of four American companies selling scrip for securing food as gifts from American relatives was initialled yesterday in Jerusalem, it was announced here today.
The agreement provides that the companies are not to sell scrip to organizations, and that the sale of scrip would be limited to individuals only. The Behira company did not sign the agreement.
